Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up (or favorite parts)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Combine onions, cheese, crumbs and seasonings.
- Beat egg and milk together in a small bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg and milk.
- Coat with cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350° for one hour or until done.
