Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger root or possibly 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 c. coarsely shredded cooked chicken

Method

  • In jar with tight - fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.
  • In large non - metal bowl, combine dressing and chicken; toss to coat, cover and chill 1 hour.
