- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger root or possibly 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 c. coarsely shredded cooked chicken
Method
- In jar with tight - fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.
- In large non - metal bowl, combine dressing and chicken; toss to coat, cover and chill 1 hour.
