Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. rolled graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. bottled lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 medium bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, squeezed

Method

  • Stir margarine, sugar and cinnamon over low heat until it forms small bubbles.
  • Remove from heat and stir in crumbs.
  • Press in 9-inch pie pan.
  • Chill.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Blend in milk, 1/3 cup lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Stir until thick.
  • Line crust with 3 sliced bananas.
  • Turn filling into crust and chill until firm.
  • Dip 2 sliced bananas in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and place on top of pie.
