- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. rolled graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. bottled lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 medium bananas
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, squeezed
Method
- Stir margarine, sugar and cinnamon over low heat until it forms small bubbles.
- Remove from heat and stir in crumbs.
- Press in 9-inch pie pan.
- Chill.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Blend in milk, 1/3 cup lemon juice and vanilla.
- Stir until thick.
- Line crust with 3 sliced bananas.
- Turn filling into crust and chill until firm.
- Dip 2 sliced bananas in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and place on top of pie.
