Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
Method
- The night before intending to serve this at a midday meal, combine all the ingredients in a heatproof, ceramic container.
- Stir well to combine, then cover it & let it stand overnight.
- In the morning, set the loosely covered container in a saucepan of water & steam for about 4 hours.
- Slice into 4 sections & serve.
