Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight To 16 Ounce Jar Salsa, Your Favorite Kind
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning Mix, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 3 whole Large Chicken Breasts, Boneless And Skinless

Method

  • Pour the salsa and taco seasoning into the crock of your slow cooker and mix well.
  • Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat.
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
  • Stir it a couple of times during cooking.
  • When done, remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred chicken using two forks.
  • It will just fall apart.
  • Put the shredded chicken back into the sauce and mix to combine.
  • Serve!
  • I used it for chicken soft tacos.
  • It would be good over rice too.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
