Ingredients
- 3 c. blueberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- French toast
- nutmeg
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. cream, whipped
Method
- Cook blueberries, sugar, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
- Arrange slices of French toast on top.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and nutmeg.
- Bake at 425° for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream.
