Ingredients
- 2 lb. steak
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium green peppers, sliced
- 6 oz. mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cut steak in strips.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bag; shake steaks.
- Put in crock-pot.
- Pour the remaining flour mixture on top.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Cover and turn crock-pot to high for 1 hour.
- Reduce to low and cook for 9 to 10 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
