Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup stone ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons tapioca
Method
- Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix the maple syrup, mustard, and tapioca. Pour syrup mixture over the chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours.
