Ingredients
- 1 pints heavy cream (more or less depending on how much you need)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded provel cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pinch salt to taste (I used sea salt)
Method
- Bring heavy cream and milk to a boil
- Add cheese, stirring frequently so it doesn't stick.
- Once melted add butter and salt
- Enjoy!
