Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. diced fresh apples
- 1 can (10) biscuits
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 2 c. water
- cinnamon
Method
- Roll each biscuit to about a 5-inch diameter; fill with 1/3 to 1/2 cup diced apples.
- Sprinkle apples with cinnamon; top with a pat of margarine.
- Fold half of biscuit over and close with tines of fork; prick top of each pie (or dumpling).
- Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
