Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 6 thin slices ham (deli-type)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • sour cream

Method

  • Wrap ham slice around chicken breast and cheese slice, use toothpicks to hold together.
  • Put in crock-pot and pour undiluted mushroom soup over top (soup will thin and form juice during cooking).
  • Set crock-pot on high for 2 hours, turn to low setting for 5 to 6 additional hours.
  • Spoon sour cream over all the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Great served with wild rice.
