Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 6 thin slices ham (deli-type)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- sour cream
Method
- Wrap ham slice around chicken breast and cheese slice, use toothpicks to hold together.
- Put in crock-pot and pour undiluted mushroom soup over top (soup will thin and form juice during cooking).
- Set crock-pot on high for 2 hours, turn to low setting for 5 to 6 additional hours.
- Spoon sour cream over all the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Great served with wild rice.
