Ingredients
- 12 taco shells mini
- 1 avocado peeled, stone removed and chopped
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1/2 head lettuce chopped
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1/2 pound turkey breast cooked, sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat the taco shells for 3-4 mins.
- To make the avocado dip, mash the avocado, lemon juice, sugar and paprika together and season.
- Fill the taco shells with the lettuce, onions, tomatoes and turkey and serve with the avocado dip.
