Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 in grated ginger
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 pinches cayenne pepper
  • 1 1lb package spinach rice noodles (or any brown rice spaghetti or pasta)
  • 1 carrot, shaved
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Crushed red pepper (to taste)

Method

  • Blend first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with COLD water.
  • Add pasta to bowl, toss to coat.
  • Garnish with last 4 ingredients.
