- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 in grated ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 1 1lb package spinach rice noodles (or any brown rice spaghetti or pasta)
- 1 carrot, shaved
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Crushed red pepper (to taste)
Method
- Blend first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with COLD water.
- Add pasta to bowl, toss to coat.
- Garnish with last 4 ingredients.
