Ingredients
- Irish potatoes
- butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- milk
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Cut into dice, cold, Irish potatoes; have them not too well done.
- Put in a skillet a large lump of butter, a tablespoon of flour; let them cream together, not fry, then gently stir in milk; when it is hot, but in potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Shake the pan so they will not brown.
- Keep covered.
- When the potatoes are heated through, dish up.
