Ingredients
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can mushroom gravy
- 1 to 2 lb. stew meat/sirloin, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 5 medium potatoes, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Jameson whiskey
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Empty cans of French onion soup and mushroom gravy into crock-pot on low setting.
- Cut meat in cubes and place in crock-pot with 1/4 cup of whiskey and let simmer until meat changes color.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onion and 1 cup of water. Let simmer 1 hour on low setting.
