- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. can taco sauce
- 8 oz. can enchilada sauce
- 2 (7 oz.) cans green chilies
- 10 tortillas
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion and drain.
- Add undiluted soups, taco sauce, enchilada sauce and green chilies.
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer 5 tortillas, thin layer of meat sauce, 5 tortillas and remaining meat sauce.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
