Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. can taco sauce
  • 8 oz. can enchilada sauce
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans green chilies
  • 10 tortillas
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  • Brown ground beef and onion and drain.
  • Add undiluted soups, taco sauce, enchilada sauce and green chilies.
  • In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer 5 tortillas, thin layer of meat sauce, 5 tortillas and remaining meat sauce.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
