Ingredients
- 3 (7 oz.) boxes elbow macaroni
- 4 c. Kraft mayonnaise
- 2 c. ham, diced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese chunks
- 8 eggs, hard-boiled
- 6 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, minced (optional)
- 1 1/2 medium apples, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook macaroni, one box at a time and chill overnight, then mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
