Ingredients
- 2 bunches radishes
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Wash and clean radishes.
- Crush them slightly with the sides of a cleaver.
- Wash celery and cut into 1/2-inch pieces; discard leaves.
- In a medium size bowl, mix together soy sauce, oil and sugar; add radishes and celery.
- Toss.
- Serves 4.
