Ingredients

  • 4 c. Fresh boysenberries
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 c. Packaged Biscuit Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar

Method

  • Description: Butter an 8x8 baking pan.
  • Mix first 6 ingredients.
  • Pour into baking dish.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Mix buscuit mix, 2 tbls.
  • sugar and lowfat milk or possibly water.
  • Pour over fruit mix.
  • Top with 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
  • Bake at 425 F uncovered for 40 min or possibly till golden.
