Ingredients

  • 40 grams Peanut butter
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 70 grams Cake flour

Method

  • Combine the peanut butter, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  • Once that is done, add in the flour and mix again.
  • Cover what you made in Step 1 with some plastic cling wrap.
  • Roll out the dough until it's about 1 cm thick.
  • Put it in the fridge and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Take out the dough and divide it into 19 portions (each portion should be 10 g).
  • Shape the dough into balls and lay them out on parchment paper.
  • Bake for 17 minutes in an oven preheated to 335F (170C) and they are done!
