Ingredients
- 40 grams Peanut butter
- 50 grams Butter
- 30 grams Sugar
- 70 grams Cake flour
Method
- Combine the peanut butter, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Once that is done, add in the flour and mix again.
- Cover what you made in Step 1 with some plastic cling wrap.
- Roll out the dough until it's about 1 cm thick.
- Put it in the fridge and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Take out the dough and divide it into 19 portions (each portion should be 10 g).
- Shape the dough into balls and lay them out on parchment paper.
- Bake for 17 minutes in an oven preheated to 335F (170C) and they are done!
