Ingredients
- 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano (dried), crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/16 tsp. garlic cloves (instant), minced
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in yogurt, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with raw vegetables for dipping. Serves 16.
