Ingredients

  • 1 c. pasta, cooked (small shells)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. green bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Method

  • Measure 1 cup pasta and cook according to directions.
  • Cool. Add all ingredients until mixed well.
  • (Cream cheese mixes better if at room temperature.)
  • Place in a loaf pan and refrigerate an hour or longer, overnight is even better.
  • Serve with crackers.
