Ingredients
- 1 c. pasta, cooked (small shells)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Method
- Measure 1 cup pasta and cook according to directions.
- Cool. Add all ingredients until mixed well.
- (Cream cheese mixes better if at room temperature.)
- Place in a loaf pan and refrigerate an hour or longer, overnight is even better.
- Serve with crackers.
