Ingredients
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 3 Bell Peepers of varying colors
- 1/4 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic
- 1 T. Sea Salt
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 1 Box Penne Pasta
- 1 1/2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Put water on for the pasta, make sure you salt it. Start to trim up your tenderloin. Put the pasta on. Prep up your vegetables. Put pan on stove. Add oil. Wait till it's hot, and then put meat on. Brown meat. Add vegetables, and Garlic. Cook until tender. Add tomato sauce. Add Cream to thin out and lighten the sauce, you will have to eyeball how much cream you need according to personal preference. Add cheese, allow cheese to melt. Toss with pasta, Serve with a dollop of sour cream
