Ingredients
- 2 spinach bunches, you can use frozen too, just cook them first
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves chopped or sliced
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs or flour
- salt
- pepper
- cream or milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Method
- Boil the spinach
- Place garlic and olive oil in a food processor and liquidise for 3 minutes.
- Add the spinach and liquidise for a few seconds.
- Add milk, breadcrumbs and nutmeg and liquidise for another few secs.
