Ingredients

  • butterscotch sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter chopped
  • hot fudge sauce
  • 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate chopped
  • brownies Easy Chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 1/2 ounces dark chocolate melted
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour sifted
  • 2 ounces milk chocolate chopped
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • candy bar crushed honeycomb, to serve
  • sprinkles to serve
  • candy assorted, to serve
  • morello cherries to serve
  • Fresh berries to serve

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper.
  • To make the butterscotch sauce, heat all ingredients over medium heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 3-4 mins. Set aside.
  • To make the hot fudge sauce, heat cream until almost boiling. Add chocolate, stirring, until smooth. Set aside.
  • To make the easy chocolate brownies, whisk together eggs, sugar and butter. Add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add flour and milk chocolate. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 15-20 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan then cut into small pieces.
  • Set table with ice cream dishes, scoops and spoons. Serve ice cream with butterscotch sauce, hot fudge sauce, brownies and assorted toppings.
