Ingredients
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 20 oz. frozen or fresh broccoli (do not cook)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart pan or slow cooker. Simmer for 45 minutes.
- Add more milk, if needed.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serves 6 to 8.
