Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) bean dip
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 6 oz. black olives, chopped
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • grated cheese

Method

  • Mash avocados, salt and lemon juice; set aside.
  • Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix; set aside.
  • Layer bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, green onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
  • Serve with taco chips.
  • Makes an 8 x 11-inch pan of dip!
