Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 brick reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 2 medium scallions
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
Method
- Process garlic in a blender or food processor until finely chopped.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Scrape into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled or up to 3 days.
