Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1 sprinkle of peppet or steak sauce
  • 1 tsp oregeno
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp red wine, rice and cider vinegars
  • 1 dash turmeric
  • 1/4 bell peppet
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp ginger marmalade
  • 1/4 tsp corn starch
  • 4 -6 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  • Combinemarinade and let sit with chops 1/2 hour to overnight
  • Save some marinade for the sauce
  • Preheat pan on high heat
  • Heat oil
  • Sear chops on high heat for 2 minutes each side Or until golden brown
  • Simmer the rest of the marinade with sauce ingredients until it starts to thicken
  • Put in a roasting pan or pan with sides along with the pork
  • Cook in oven (covered) for 7-9 minutes or until they reach 145F
  • Put it on a plate, tented with tin-foil for a few minutes before serving
