Ingredients
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Place 1 package crescent rolls on bottom. Cream together egg yolk, softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread on crescent rolls. Beat egg white until foamy. Spread egg white on rolls. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
