- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna packed in water
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- dash of ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 6 large lettuce leaves
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- saltine crackers
Method
- Drain and flake tuna; blend with next 6 ingredients.
- Chill until serving time.
