Ingredients
- 150 ml soy sauce
- 50 ml water
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 20 grams brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger, diced
- 2 tbsp rice wine (sake)
Method
- Heat the water, soy sauce and rice wine with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add garlic and ginger and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
