Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98%-fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 4 min.
  • or until chicken is done.
  • Add soup, vegetables and water; stir.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice; cover.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Let stand 5 min.
  • Fluff with fork.
  • Stir in cheese.
