- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98%-fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Add soup, vegetables and water; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
- Stir in cheese.
