Ingredients

  • 2 pkt fresh broccoli and cauliflower flowerets (16 ounce ea)
  • 1 1/2 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 ounce)
  • 1 pkt shredded Parmesan cheese - (3 ounce)
  • 4 x green onions sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

Method

  • Arrange flowerets in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  • Cover and steam for 6 to 8 min or possibly till crisp-tender.
  • Drain well.
  • Arrange flowerets in a lightly greased 2-qt baking dish.
  • Stir together mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients.
  • Spoon over flowerets.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden brown.
  • This recipe yields 8 servings.
