- 2 pkt fresh broccoli and cauliflower flowerets (16 ounce ea)
- 1 1/2 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 ounce)
- 1 pkt shredded Parmesan cheese - (3 ounce)
- 4 x green onions sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
Method
- Arrange flowerets in a steamer basket over boiling water.
- Cover and steam for 6 to 8 min or possibly till crisp-tender.
- Drain well.
- Arrange flowerets in a lightly greased 2-qt baking dish.
- Stir together mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients.
- Spoon over flowerets.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden brown.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
