Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 c. powdered splenda or sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla or sugar free vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar or splenda
- 1 c. butter, softened
Method
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature, mix until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar/splenda and vanilla until well blended.
- Whip heavy whipping cream until peaks form (fluffy).
- Add to cream cheese.
