Ingredients
- 1 c. melted butter or oleo
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. mincemeat
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs.
- Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
- Add to creamed mixture.
- Fold in mincemeat or other cooked fruit of your choice.
- Add nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
