Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter

Method

  • Cook 4 cups of chicken breasts; let cool.
  • Pepper to taste and place in greased dish.
  • Mix celery soup, chicken soup, chicken broth and mixed vegetables.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Mix self-rising flour, milk and butter.
  • Pour over chicken for topping.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown.
