- 4 c. cooked chicken breast
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Cook 4 cups of chicken breasts; let cool.
- Pepper to taste and place in greased dish.
- Mix celery soup, chicken soup, chicken broth and mixed vegetables.
- Pour over chicken.
- Mix self-rising flour, milk and butter.
- Pour over chicken for topping.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown.
