Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 4 eggs
Method
- In medium bowl, combine flour, butter and salt.
- Mix with a fork.
- Make a well in center.
- Add eggs.
- Mix with fork.
- Then mix with hands on a floured surface.
- Roll dough 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut with pizza cutter in long strips, then into thirds.
- Bring ham, chicken, beef or turkey broth to a hard boil.
- Drop noodles, one at a time, for 20 minutes.
- Have plenty of broth.
