Ingredients

  • 4 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Method

  • Cook cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 8 to 10 min.
  • or just until softened.
  • (Do not overcook.)
  • Drain cauliflower.
  • Rinse under cold running water 2 min.
  • or until cooled; drain well.
  • Blot dry with paper towel.
  • Combine cauliflower, celery and onions in medium bowl.
  • Mix Miracle Whip and mustard until blended.
  • Add to vegetable mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Top with bacon just before serving.
