Ingredients
- 4 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Method
- Cook cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 8 to 10 min.
- or just until softened.
- (Do not overcook.)
- Drain cauliflower.
- Rinse under cold running water 2 min.
- or until cooled; drain well.
- Blot dry with paper towel.
- Combine cauliflower, celery and onions in medium bowl.
- Mix Miracle Whip and mustard until blended.
- Add to vegetable mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
- Top with bacon just before serving.
