Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. (115 g) asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. capers, drained

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • Toss asparagus and tomatoes with dressing; spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, place pizza crust on pizza pan or baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spread crust with pizza sauce.
  • Layer with half the cheese, vegetables, remaining cheese and capers.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min.
  • or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
