Ingredients
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- dash of pepper
Method
- In a 2 quart saucepan cook onions in margarine until tender. Add milk and cream cheese.
- Stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted.
- Add the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Makes 5 one cup servings.
