Ingredients
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 lb. corn tortillas
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 chopped garlic
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. oil
Method
- Heat up pan.
- Put oil in pan.
- Put tortillas inside.
- Panfry each side for 5 seconds.
- After the tortillas are fried, get a separate pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add diced chiles and 1 can cream of chicken soup.
- Mix well.
- Cook until boiling.
- Dip each tortilla in chile and put on tray.
- Make one layer.
- Then sprinkle onion and cheese on top.
- Then add chile onto it. Continue as many layers as desired.
