Ingredients

  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 lb. corn tortillas
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 chopped garlic
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. oil

Method

  • Heat up pan.
  • Put oil in pan.
  • Put tortillas inside.
  • Panfry each side for 5 seconds.
  • After the tortillas are fried, get a separate pan.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Add diced chiles and 1 can cream of chicken soup.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook until boiling.
  • Dip each tortilla in chile and put on tray.
  • Make one layer.
  • Then sprinkle onion and cheese on top.
  • Then add chile onto it. Continue as many layers as desired.
