Ingredients
- 1 bunch (about 1 to 1 1/2 lb.) broccoli
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Peel stalks of broccoli and cut in about 1/2-inch pieces.
- Cut tops into quarters.
- Steam with salt until crisp.
- Place in a shallow 2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry; pour over broccoli.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
