Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2/3 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Melt margarine in rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Mix rest of ingredients.
- Coat chicken with mixture. Place chicken, skin side down, in pan.
- Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Turn over and bake until done, about 15 minutes.
