Ingredients
- 1 pound fettuccini De Cecco
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup Parmesan grated Reggiano, plus additional to top
- pepper /Salt/Nutmeg to taste
Method
- Boil water with salt and cook pasta.
- Once pasta is half finished, add cream and butter to separate pan and simmer for 30 seconds.
- Add finished pasta to pan, tossing and add cheese and spices to taste. Serve with additional Parmesan to maximize cheesiness.
