Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 12 oz. pasta, cooked
Method
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, garlic salt and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
- Add onions. Cook 2 more minutes. Serve over pasta. One of my favorites.
- Yields 6 servings.
- Has 320 calories, 5 g fat.
