Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt to taste
- 1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. hot milk
- 2 tsp. dry sherry
Method
- Over medium heat, melt cheese in a little hot milk on the stove.
- Add rest of ingredients, then simmer until thickens.
- Good over eggs and muffins for breakfast; good with broccoli, too.
