Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 c. Wild Rice Mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. cooked beef or chicken
Method
- In a large saucepan, combine water, wild rice mix and salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Stir in frozen mixed vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
