Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Method

  • In large skillet, heat butter and oil.
  • Fry the garlic, red pepper and
  • paprika

  • 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp and cook over medium heat until they turn pink. Stir constantly about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in parsley, lemon juice and salt.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Serve with bread for dipping.
