Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt to taste
Method
- In large skillet, heat butter and oil.
- Fry the garlic, red pepper and

- about
- 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp and cook over medium heat until they turn pink. Stir constantly about 3 minutes.
- Stir in parsley, lemon juice and salt.
- Serve immediately.
- Serve with bread for dipping.
