Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can barbecued beans
- 4 tortillas, quartered
- 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar style)
- chopped onions
Method
- In a skillet, brown beef, breaking up with fork.
- Add onion. Saute until tender.
- Add salt, pepper and barbecue sauce.
- Stir in beans.
- Heat through.
